Silly Billys is a new and funky play area in Ellesmere Port.  It is close to the M53 motorway so is very easy to get to from all local towns, and well worth it.  Silly Billys Play Area is a great place for exploring the soft play frame, having a game of footie in the football zone, boogie in the disco room or allow your tots to explore in the Wirral's largest separate toddler area.
